Personal Injury Cases and Civil Litigation
  If you've been hurt. . .
Personal Injury cases arising from accidents, workers who have been injured, persons who suffer disabilities and who cannot work find help with our lawyers.

We are a general practice law firm which understands and supports the working family.

We handle all types of civil litigation including personal injury actions, both simple and complex, in state and federal Courts. In addition, we litigate contract and real estate matters and represent clients in a range of claims including violation of state and federal civil rights, discrimination claims and other actions seeking money or injunctions to stop the unlawful behavior.

We represent clients in various appeals.
Whether the appeal is from the minor judiciary (District Court) or from the Court of Common Pleas to the Superior or Commonwealth Court, the firm will represent clients in these appeals. We are also entitled to practice before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and have successfully litigated Federal Court appeals as well. Our firm also accepts appellate work involving administrative agencies such as Social Security Disability appeals or EEOC administrative appeals.

Sometimes we take the appeals for our clients who are not pleased with a lower tribunal’s result. Sometimes, we defend our result on appeal. We will consider appellate work whether we have represented a client on the lower court level. We handle other matters for workers who have been discriminated against before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
